Refund Policy

Refunds for Digital goods are not given, unless  incompatible with your hardware for reasons you where not aware of. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on this basis if you cannot provide sufficient reason, like you ordered a PC product for Mac, or Your computer did not meet the specifications given for the product.

In the event that you have purchased physical goods from us, we will refund on the basis outlined below:

1: Goods damage in transit.  This only applies if you have signed the delivery as box damaged, so we can claim the cost back.  Please allow up to 10 working days for refund.

2: Un touched, non damaged goods, sealed as new, no missing parts.  A restocking fee will apply, we will inform you about this at the time of your enquiry.


If for any reason our product is not compatible with your hardware, and is not eligible for a refund, we will replace your product for the same product, but in the correct format, PC/Mac.

We reserve the rights to change the refund policy with prior warning.
